If your kit arrives damaged, missing parts, or isn’t what you ordered (wrong colour, type, or design), we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund—whatever works best for you.

Can I return my kit if I change my mind?

Because each Paint-by-Numbers and Diamond Painting kit is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind, gifting issues, or if the artwork isn’t to your taste.

That said, your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply. If your kit is faulty or not as described, you're absolutely entitled to a refund or replacement—and we’ll handle it with care.

Why might my kit look slightly different from what I saw online?

The images on our website are previews or design mockups. Once your kit is complete, the final piece will have a handcrafted finish—not a flat photographic print.

  • Paint-by-Numbers will show soft brushstrokes and subtle colour block textures.
  • Diamond Paintings will sparkle with light-catching resin gems in a mosaic-style layout.

Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, minor kit updates, or the natural charm of handmade artwork. Each design is still carefully curated to look beautiful in your space.

How long do I have to report an issue?

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery if something isn’t right.
